Ramy Turf Products is looking for its first Director of Operations to bring structure, discipline, and calm to a fast-moving business that helps contractors protect soil and water while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations across three branches, build processes for order management, and lead the operational growth of the company.

Responsibilities

Oversee distribution, warehousing, and production-related activities across all three locations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and execution

Build and implement processes for order entry, order fulfillment, inventory management, delivery routing, and branch workflows so each location operates the same smart way

Create and manage an operational budget

Triage a constant flow of '911' requests driven by weather windows, regulatory deadlines, and jobsite changes; decide what happens first and how to make it all fit

Manage hundreds of active SKUs, improve stock accuracy and turns, minimize stockouts, and align purchasing, warehousing, and delivery

Decide how to handle broken-down trucks, partial inventory, late inbound materials, and last-minute customer demands—quickly and creatively

Provide leadership to key on-site leads at each branch, help clarify roles, and support the evolution from a very flat organization to a more defined structure

Learn the company’s ERP (Foura) and help the team use more of its functionality to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making
