Responsibilities

Define the Data AI framework, standards, and data requirements

Design reference architecture and functional design of the AI platform, including collaboration of integration with Operational systems

Oversee the maintenance and scalability of the platform

Lead migration and integration of data sources across multiple systems

Provide appropriate governance to data design processes

Work throughout the entire Development Lifecycle, translating business requirements and consulting with development and testing teams to ensure the intended design is met

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a demonstrated pursuit of continued education

Experience with modern AI platforms, such as AWS, and their AI/ML services

Proficient technical team leader with 5+ years of Data Leadership experience

Experience leading technical teams, preferably with direct reports, but at a minimum, team lead tasks

Experience within the insurance industry
