Design and build realistic RL environments and simulation systems that model complex, real-world behavior
Develop scalable infrastructure to support large-scale AI training and evaluation
Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to turn new ideas into production-ready systems
Leverage and delegate effectively to fleets of coding agents to accelerate development cycles
Operate in a fast-paced, deeply technical environment where ownership and initiative are highly valued
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background in AI research, reinforcement learning, infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems
High agency and ability to work autonomously on complex technical challenges
Deep curiosity and appreciation for AI research and its practical applications
Experience working in fast-moving, startup-style environments
Preferred
Location: On-site in San Francisco (preferred) or New York City
