Responsibilities

Support the design, testing, and implementation of manufacturing, testing, and material handling solutions
Document and standardize step-by-step manufacturing and testing processes
Collect, organize, and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality) to optimize manufacturing processes
Assist with the integration of new equipment and technologies, including automation, PLCs, vision systems, and smart manufacturing tools

Required

Current student pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Basic knowledge of assembly manufacturing environments
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Creo, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-based, fast-paced manufacturing environment
