Responsibilities
Assist with data collection, analysis, reporting and system maintenance that inform compensation and human resources decisions and strategy
Partner, and work in concert, with other HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HRIS to advance Cook Children's HR and Compensation strategies
Maintain an understanding of and ensures compliance with applicable state and federal employment and wage and hour laws
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and analytic reporting
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a substantially similar role
Demonstrated proficiency navigating ERP systems software as evident by prior work experience
Demonstrated proficiency with analytical tools, including Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated proficiency with Workday
Bachelor's degree in finance, HR, Business, or related field
In lieu of degree, 4 years of progressive experience in a substantially similar role
