DevOps Staff Software Engineer
Northrop Grumman is a leading aerospace and defense technology company seeking a DevOps Staff Software Engineer to join their Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) Directorate. The role involves providing lifecycle support for integrated applications through modern DevSecOps and automation practices, ensuring system performance and high availability.

Responsibilities
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
Maintain and troubleshoot networking components, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, and routers
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, servers, and hardware
Deploy, manage, and support virtualized environments (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, or other hypervisors)
Implement and manage core infrastructure services (e.g., DNS, DHCP, NAS, and Active Directory) Setup an overall Cloud-native Software Factory
Manage and improve container orchestration and deployment strategies
Support programs with integration and deployment automation in a cloud enabled environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and at least 12 years' relevant experience, or STEM master's degree with 10 years' relevant experience, or a STEM PHD with 8 years' relevant experience
Required Certifications: CKA, CKD or equivalent
