Responsibilities

Implement enterprise Salesforce solutions with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
Architecture, data harmonization, calculated insights, and activation across Salesforce clouds
Evaluate technical feasibility and approaches that account for business constraints while maximizing Salesforce platform capabilities
Provide architectural guidance and work hands-on with Salesforce development teams, including offshore team members
Direct involvement and oversight of developing technical requirements, solution designs, data models, process flows, and deployment strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem
Work with stakeholders and development teams daily to deliver extensible and scalable Salesforce solutions with intimate knowledge of governor limits, best practices, and performance optimization under high transaction volumes
Perform proof-of-concepts, pilot new Salesforce features and provide reference implementations and training to development teams
Train and mentor team members on Salesforce architecture patterns, best practices, and platform capabilities
Customer engagement as needed to supplement the Project Management and/or Professional Services team

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
10 or more years' experience implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce
Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and declarative automation tools
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for complex integrations
Proven expertise with AgentForce implementation and configuration, including custom agent development and Einstein AI capabilities
Advanced experience with Einstein platform including Einstein Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder
Deep understanding of Data Cloud architecture, data harmonization, calculated insights, and activation across Salesforce clouds
CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) expertise including dashboard development, SAQL queries, and embedded analytics
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud implementations
Experience designing and implementing secure Salesforce solutions including External Identity integration, My Domain, SSO, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and Named Credentials
Thorough understanding of Salesforce DevOps best practices including source-driven development, scratch orgs, sandboxes, CI/CD pipelines using tools like Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps
Expert knowledge of testing frameworks including Apex Unit Tests, Lightning Testing Service, test data factories, and achieving high code coverage
Experience with AppExchange package development, managed packages, and ISV considerations
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or working toward certification
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications
Experience with Tableau desktop and server for advanced analytics and visualization
Knowledge of MuleSoft Composer and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for iPaaS solutions
Experience with Industry Clouds (Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, or similar)
Scrum/Agile Product Development exposure with Salesforce-specific tooling (Agile Accelerator, JIRA)
Strong familiarity with modern Lightning Design System (SLDS) patterns and component-based architecture
Experience with Einstein Bots, Einstein Next Best Action, and AI-driven automation
Knowledge of OmniStudio tools (OmniScript, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
Mobile SDK experience or knowledge of Salesforce Mobile App customization
Understanding of Heroku for extending Salesforce with external apps
Experience with B2B Commerce or Revenue Cloud
Strong knowledge of performance profiling, Event Monitoring, and optimization techniques for Lightning pages
