KSU N.A LLC is seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to join their team at Kiel Americas. The role involves daily support and troubleshooting, assisting with new hire setups, and supporting network administration tasks.

Daily support and troubleshooting

Creation of new hire emails + computer setup

Assist with platforms including Micorsoft 256, Sage , QT9

Support network administration tasks including connectivity, TCP/IP settings, VPN access, and Firewall management

Maintain IT infrastructure and monitor

Analysis skills to diagnose complex issues involving operating systems (Windows Server), Linux environments, DNS configurations, Active Directory management, and mobile device support
