Responsibilities
Able to focus beyond 'business as usual' -bring market intelligence and industry best practices to blend with stakeholder priorities/needs and develop best in class sourcing solutions for stakeholders
Must be a strong leader experienced in cross culture leadership, be a fully engaged team player and role model for the organization
Provide category manager leadership and support in the development of category strategies and execution to plan
Be capable to lead projects with stakeholders, partner with cross functional teams and drive procurement thought leadership
Capable to perform detailed assessments when required including process mapping, metric gathering and data analysis
Deliver seamless issue resolution, managing the balance between ease of operation and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent plus demonstrated industry experience integrating the resources of several complex departments or functions
10+ years of increasing managerial experience
Broad knowledge in function and proven ability to define and/or oversee design of program or organization strategies
Experience with the C suite/executives, confidence to engage, influence and present strategies and value
Must be a strong leader experienced in cross culture leadership, be a fully engaged team player and role model for the organization
Provide category manager leadership and support in the development of category strategies and execution to plan
Capable to perform detailed assessments when required including process mapping, metric gathering and data analysis
Deliver seamless issue resolution, managing the balance between ease of operation and compliance
Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and sourcing software
Experience applying AI-driven tools and insights to improve processes, support strategic decisions, and enhance organizational efficiency
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
