Teaching and helping peers on the team and external teams
Providing expert guidance in both pre- and post-sales refrigeration support
Ensuring customers receive top-notch support and that the product portfolio is applied effectively
Working as a team contributor to industry leading engineers for both product and software development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in the refrigeration industry, with a deep understanding of refrigeration systems and components
Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge
Has expert knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Requires expertise in leading teams to reach goals
Able to use Microsoft Office
Preferred
CO2 experience is a plus
May require knowledge of custom control programming
