Responsibilities

Provide engineering support across all plant operations

Identify process improvement opportunities proactively and implement corrective and preventive actions

Spend approximately 80% of time on the shop floor supporting production

Support night and weekend shifts as needed through flexible scheduling

Implement improvements that impact hourly performance metrics

Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions; support training for production personnel

Analyze and challenge cycle times and production rates to improve productivity

Identify, monitor, and improve key process indicators for stainless-steel tubing production

Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies

Solve manufacturing problems using DMAIC problem-solving strategies

Support process modifications, revisions, deviations, and improvement projects

Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure stable and capable processes
