Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements; analyze existing systems to identify improvement opportunities; translate requirements into configuration changes
Work with internal teams and external partners to triage and resolve system issues; lead small meetings; provide clear status updates; maintain positive relationships across business units
Assist in developing user acceptance testing plans and test cases; participate in peer reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
Manage ticketing systems for defects and enhancement requests; troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues promptly; respond to critical events or emergency call-ins as needed
Follow corporate governance, risk, and compliance standards; maintain confidentiality and a strong customer service orientation
Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow, including configuration, analysis, or support of policy, claims, or billing workflows. Ability to collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders within a Guidewire-based ecosystem
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
One (1) year of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Three (3) years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Five (5) years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience
Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow, including configuration, analysis, or support of policy, claims, or billing workflows
Ability to collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders within a Guidewire-based ecosystem
