Sales Development Representative
Micro.ai is a rapidly growing technology firm based in Irving, TX, delivering advanced SaaS platform solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The Sales Development Representative will attend trade shows, promote AI/ML platform offerings, and drive outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.
Responsibilities
Attend major technology trade shows and conventions (e.g., CES, MWC, etc) to represent Micro.ai and showcase our solutions
Promote and sell Micro.ai’s AI/ML platform offerings to enterprise and industrial customers in B2B environments
Drive proactive outbound prospecting through cold calling , email outreach, and social selling
Convert event and outbound interactions into qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos
Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management and deliver timely sales reporting
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to optimize outreach strategy
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Event-Based Selling
Proven experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
Solid track record generating new opportunities from cold outreach and event engagements
Excellent presentation and communication skills
CRM proficiency and strong PowerPoint + Excel capability
Highly motivated, competitive, and comfortable with performance metrics
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Management, degree or equivalent
Preferred
IT or Sales certifications are a plus
