Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security systems and infrastructure

Manage the cybersecurity incident response team to ensure rapid and effective resolution of security incidents

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, organizational policies, and documentation

Manage and optimize SIEM and logging tools for comprehensive monitoring and threat detection

Oversee vulnerability management and EDR/XDR platforms to proactively identify and mitigate risks

Track cybersecurity metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior leadership

Stay abreast of emerging threats, trends, and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape

Ensure compliance of security controls with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NIST CSF, SOX, PCI, SOC2, HIPAA)

Collaborate cross-functionally to embed security into all aspects of company operations

Be available for off-hours response to critical security threats
