Responsibilities

Define and champion the long-term strategy for Micron’s cloud memory business, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision to transform information into intelligence and enrich life globally
Inspire, develop, and empower a diverse, cross-functional business development organization, fostering collaboration across organizations and geographies to deliver seamless execution and rapid response to hyperscale customer needs
Develop and operationalize robust 3-5 year strategic business plans focused on revenue growth, volume expansion, and profit optimization for key hyperscale customers and memory product lines (DDR, LPDDR, GDDR)
Forge deep partnerships with hyperscale customers, acting as their strategic advisor and advocate. Ensure Micron’s product roadmaps are tightly aligned with customer requirements through close collaboration with product management and engineering
Oversee the development of compelling go-to-market plans and collateral, positioning Micron’s memory solutions as industry-leading offerings
Lead quarterly business and technical reviews, ensuring customer feedback directly informs product and business strategy, and drives continuous improvement
Direct demand forecasting and total addressable market (TAM) planning for cloud customers, partnering with operations to align manufacturing and supply chain strategies with business objectives
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive superior business outcomes
Lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to position Micron as a thought leader in cloud memory, influencing industry trends and shaping market perceptions
Continuously assess industry developments and competitor actions to inform business strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and mitigate risks

Required

Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or other technical field
At least 10 years experience in data center-related field with customer experience
