Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
Optimize and grow manufacturing processes and transition to a single piece flow pull system for the site commercial final assembly area
Redefine routings, labor standards, work instructions, and tooling requirements
Evaluate and disposition non-conforming materials in manufacturing process
Apply Lean tools (e.g., value stream mapping, time studies) to improve throughput and efficiency
Collaborate to resolve production issues and lead strategic improvements
Lead ergonomic projects to enhance employee safety and comfort
Qualification
Required
Only US Citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline required
1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience (internships/co-ops included)
The ability to create clear work instructions for non-technical audiences
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or databases
Comfortable working both in office and on the production floor
