Responsibilities
Developing and managing the plant wide Annual operating plan
Aggregating and producing regular reports on plant Sales/Cash flow/Cash Forecasts
Development and monthly management of the annual CAPEX budget
Development and monthly management of the annual B&P budget
Development and monthly management of the annual IR&D budget
Development and monthly management of the annual Indirect overhead
Rates and Budget for each pool and department
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in a finance or accounting related field of study
1-3 years' experience in the finance or accounting field
Must be a problem solver with a dedication to providing solutions for issues
Must be analytical, organized and effectively communicate information and recommendations to Management
Ability to make high principled and right-minded decisions in daily tasks
Courage to identify and address uncomfortable facts and situations
Must have the ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
Be able to not just compile data but also be able to deeply understand the various trends, outliers, and potential issues with it
Excellent skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
Preferred
Experience with the Oracle ERP system
Experience in developing budgets and forecasting in a manufacturing environment
Experience with the government contract manufacturing environment
Experience with ASC606 revenue and profit recognition principles
