Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from our internal clients at the branches
Educate Financial Advisors on account services and capabilities
Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries
Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to change
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Windows navigation skills
Qualification
Required
