Everon is a company that values its employees and their contributions to the organization and the communities they serve. The Subcontractor Compliance Specialist will assist with subcontractor compliance activities, manage subcontractor applications, and maintain the subcontractor database.

Responsibilities

Process new subcontractor applications

Maintain subcontractor database including agreement terms and other essential contract conditions

Validate business entity information and licensing requirements among various government agencies

Monitor active/inactive subcontractor use and provide status reports as needed

Work with branches to secure accurate subcontractor, licensing, or insurance certificate information

Perform all other compliance and loss control duties and projects as assigned

May perform additional Accounts Payable functions, as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two years administrative or office experience, or any applicable combination of education and experience

Knowledge of and a proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), and Internet

Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, and the respective functions of the departments

Excellent customer service skills

Must be very organized and detail oriented

Self-Motivated and a professional attitude

Excellent communication and listening skills

Excellent team building, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with confidential information requiring extreme discretion at all times

Ability to work effectively with others

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Ability to use discretion and problem analysis
