Responsibilities
Handle commercial and construction litigation matters from pleadings through resolution
Draft and argue motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, discovery motions, etc.)
Manage written discovery, including document production and interrogatories
Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, and experts
Assist with trial preparation, expert discovery, and damages analysis
Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Support partners with case strategy, mediation, and settlement negotiations
Track deadlines, filings, court orders, and litigation milestones across multiple matters
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of litigation experience in commercial, construction, or insurance related matters
Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
Experience with discovery and depositions
Comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced litigation environment
Someone who wants hands on responsibility and courtroom exposure
Preferred
Background in construction law, contract disputes, or insurance coverage is a plus
