Help improve processes as the company continues to scale
Qualification
Required
Experience in handling customer invoicing from start to finish
Experience in deposits, progress billing, and final invoices
Ability to follow up on collections in a professional, relationship-based manner
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong communication skills
Desire to take ownership of the full AR cycle
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Willingness to be in the office in Columbia, MD
Preferred
Experience in process improvement
Experience with sales tax work
