Responsibilities

Execute daily sourcing and recruiting activities

Vet out talent based on relevant qualifications

Track talent efficiently in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Ensure strict adherence to all client paperwork and processes within specified timeframes

Analyze, interpret, and present sourcing strategies and recruitment plans to identify talent for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire client requisitions

Conduct client meetings to comprehensively review performance, metrics, and staffing trends through quarterly business reviews

Construct and manage a targeted talent pipeline through diverse channels, such as recruiters, your own recruiting efforts, job boards, networking, referrals, and other pipeline generating activities
