Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Build and manage customer journeys, real-time personalization, and decisioning logic
Configure and integrate AEP components including schemas, datasets, identities, segments, and profiles
Develop and maintain integrations between AEP/AJO and external systems using REST APIs and event-driven architectures
Ensure data quality, governance, performance, and compliance within Adobe platforms
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
Lead best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Adobe platforms
Contribute to architecture decisions and Adobe Experience solution roadmaps
Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) (journey orchestration & personalization)
In-depth understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud architecture and data models
At least one of the following: Python – data processing, automation, or backend integrations
At least one of the following: React – front-end experience integration
At least one of the following: Java – enterprise backend services and integrations
Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
Knowledge of real-time, streaming, and batch data ingestion
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
Understanding of data privacy, consent management, and governance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives

Preferred

Adobe Certifications (AEP, AJO, Adobe Experience Cloud)
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch
Exposure to Marketing Automation and Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
