Experience with high IO SQL Server database systems (100,000+ transactions a second)

System-Versioned tables a must

Memory Optimized tables a must

Partitioning - Partition swapping, dynamically adding/removing partitions a must

Visual Studio Database Projects a must

Building and performing deployments using DACPAC a must

Data modeling using 3rd normal a must

TSQL development a must, including complex stored procedures for integrate data flow requirements

Performance tuning a must

Experience with Azure databases a plus
