Responsibilities

Lead and Manage a Large Team: Lead a large, dispersed team of administrative operations staff to elevate the team and increase their collective impact and contributions

Strategic Execution: Collaborate with Advisory Leadership to prioritize and deliver strategic priorities for the advisory service line

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues

Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to senior management

Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices within the service line

Required

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience in operations and execution in the professional services industry

Prior management experience of 5+ years

Preferred

Masters Degree in Business/IT/related field a plus

Strong proficiency in communicating with the ability to have a ‘big picture' perspective. Skilled in presenting complex analysis in a concise, insightful manner

Hands-on experience in developing and leading strategic initiatives from inception through execution leveraging technology

Proven experience in mobilizing and elevating large teams to increase impact while leveraging technology

Attention to details and solid understanding of how business drivers impact KPIs

Experience in building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management

Proactive, intellectually curious and driven professional who is self-directed and thrives in a challenging setting

Effective leader, skilled communicator, proven relationship builder, and team player

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
