Responsibilities
Strategic communication partner to Product executives, shaping priorities and messaging
Develop and deliver executive ready communications for product strategy, roadmaps, and key initiatives
Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear compelling narratives
Lead communications for major launches, transformations, and change initiatives
Ensure strong alignment across key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing)
Support & integrate communications for existing Aetna technology platforms and initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or related fields, with a proven history in product and/or technology communications
7+ years of solid experience with writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for multiple audiences and platforms. Able to create stories using data analytics and story boards. Excellent business acumen skills
7+ years of MS Office Programs for reporting and presentations
7+ years of experience with the ability to understand product roadmaps and technical concepts
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Master's degree
AI tools for presentations and reporting
Video software tools such as QuickTime
Experience working in an Agile environment
