EPITEC is seeking an experienced Core Display Engineer to lead the development, launch, and quality for interior display systems. This role is critical in driving innovation and ensuring high-quality design standards for next-generation display technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed design reviews with suppliers to ensure compliance with standards
Support optical requirements and measurement methods
Contribute to display technology roadmap, including optical and electrical interfaces
Drive continuous improvements in products and internal processes
Develop display design rules and best practices
Analyze and resolve warranty failures
Lead technical design reviews (TDRs) for systems, subsystems, and components
Collaborate globally with Display Application Engineers
Support next-generation display/IVI interface architecture development
Identify and implement cost-saving design ideas

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years in display design and validation
Strong technical background in display technologies
Expertise in electronic module quality disciplines and processes
Excellent program management and mentoring skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to build strong supplier relationships

Preferred

Experience in LCD manufacturing environments
