Senior Project Manager - Administrative and Program Support
AMA Consulting, LLC is a Maryland-based company that provides analytical, acquisition, and business management support services to federal agencies. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee administrative and program support services, ensuring efficient operations and effective coordination for complex federal programs.
Responsibilities
Oversee all administrative and program support activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and performance requirements
Develop and manage staffing plans, workflows, and task assignments for administrative support personnel
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and tracking systems
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and documentation
Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and logistics for senior leadership and program activities
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Serve as the primary escalation point for administrative issues and operational risks
Support travel, training, and reimbursement processing in accordance with applicable policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience providing administrative or program management support within a federal or public-sector environment
Demonstrated experience leading administrative teams and managing complex workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
PMP or similar project management certification
Experience supporting senior executives or large program offices
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for a Public Trust clearance at this location
