Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, that provides clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. They are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support the Clinical Operations team with contract administrative duties, quality control reviews, and maintain project databases.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day departmental/project support with general contract administrative duties
Assist with preparation of final contract documentation, liaising with study teams and study centers
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support successful contract negotiation/execution
Conduct quality control reviews of departmental documents as necessary
Maintain databases/project specific status reports

Qualification

Contract experienceComputer literacyOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Minimum High school degree
Good organizational and prioritization skills and attention for details
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willing to work fully office-based
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package)

Preferred

Associates degree
Experience with contracts or legal work
