Learning & Development Coordinator

Responsibilities
Coordinates logistics for training programs, workshops, and learning events, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation
Supports administration of the learning management system, including enrollment, tracking, and reporting
Responds to employee inquiries regarding training programs, policies, and system navigation
Tracks participation and completion of learning activities, compiling reports for evaluation and compliance
Provides support to facilitators and trainers to ensure smooth program delivery
Monitors learner feedback and compiles summaries for program improvement
Stays informed of learning and development processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with organizational policies
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in training coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or HR support
All experience must be paid and in the same related field
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted
