Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong leadership skills in the development of work environment, promote open communication, and teamwork to achieve business objectives

Communicating in a positive manner with all areas, including Customers, Suppliers and Transportation Management

Consult/ communicate mechanical design with production team and clients

Negotiate rates with customers and suppliers

Develop solid relationships with customers and suppliers

React quickly to service issues and resolve appropriately in a professional manner

Place outbound phone calls (cold calling) to expand the business pipelines

Completing other tasks as assigned

Required

1-2 years B2B sales experience

Strong mechanical knowledge

Ability to travel to Ontario, Canada to visit clients (25%)

Has work authorizations in USA (US Citizen or US Green Card Holder. NO TN VISA or any other work VISA)

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English

Ability to quickly learn new processes

Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
