They are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to manage and execute various events, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration with the event sales team.

Responsibilities
Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management
Vendor Liaison: Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed
On-Site Management: Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement, compiling reports and feedback for future planning
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event sales team and onsite team to ensure events are executed to the highest standards
Qualification
Required
Experience running a wide variety of events
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings
