Responsibilities

Commission new installations of meters and metering systems

Coordinate with the data center to verify remote reading capabilities of systems

Diagnose installation errors and meter defects quickly and accurately

Determine appropriate actions for improperly installed, damaged, or defective meters

Provide detailed service reports in the reporting system

Respond to emergency disconnect/reconnect requests and other service needs outside regular work hours

From time to time, this position may require overtime hours including being on-call on weekends

Maintain a professional demeanor when working with clients, contractors, maintenance staff, property managers, and tenants
