Responsibilities
Participate in rotational assignments across different finance departments to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance
Collaborate with the corporate accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements
Assist in financial analysis and forecasting, including revenue projections, expense analysis, and financial modeling
Support investor relations activities, including financial communications, investor presentations, and analyst interactions
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with business unit finance teams to analyze financial performance, develop budgets, and support strategic initiatives
Engage with the manufacturing operations finance team to analyze costs, optimize manufacturing processes, and drive operational efficiencies
Assist in evaluating and implementing financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special finance projects and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.5
Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in finance, supported by coursework, internships, or related experience
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and derive meaningful insights
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to stakeholders
Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Knowledge of financial systems and software (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning tools) is a plus
