Senior Content Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own the full content lifecycle, create high-quality content across various formats, and manage a content calendar to drive engagement and growth in North American and European markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a monthly/quarterly content calendar aligned with marketing and business priorities
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide high-impact content opportunities
Identify content gaps and proactively pitch new ideas for gaming studios, product teams, and data leaders
Write clear, compelling, high-quality content across formats:
Blog articles
Case studies & customer stories
EBooks, guides & whitepapers
Webinars & thought-leadership outlines
Website and landing page copy
Product releases & feature content
Ensure all content matches our brand voice and supports SEO + conversion goals
Optimize all content for search performance and readability
Track and report on organic traffic, engagement, and content-driven conversions
Drive consistent growth in website visibility and keyword rankings
Manage social media planning and posting (primarily LinkedIn)
Create engaging visual and written content tailored to each platform
Drive distribution for major content pieces across email, social, and partner channels
Use Canva and Adobe tools to create:
On-brand graphics
Pitch decks
Simple illustrations or diagrams
Visual assets for blogs, social media, and eBooks
Collaborate and manage external designers
Partner with product, sales, and data teams to turn insights into high-value content
Support event marketing with session descriptions, speaker content, and recap materials
Build templates, improve workflows, sales enablement and contribute to a scalable content engine

Required

7+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or a growth/content-focused role
Exceptional writing skills with a strong portfolio (long-form + creative + technical)
Experience owning a content calendar and publishing workflow
Strong understanding of SEO and building long-term organic growth
Hands-on experience managing social media for a brand (especially LinkedIn)
Proficiency in Canva and basic Adobe tools (Illustrator/Photoshop)
Ability to create eBooks, guides, case studies, webinar materials, etc
Strong project management and organization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-like environment
