Required

Proven expertise in clinical program management, strategic planning, and leadership within the behavioral healthcare or autism therapy field
Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based clinical practices and policies
Strong skills in team management, training, and mentorship to promote professional growth
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to work effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical standards in behavioral healthcare and therapy
A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Social Work, or a related field

Preferred

BCBA certification preferred
Experience working directly with individuals with autism and their families is highly desirable
