Responsibilities
Create and edit short-form viral content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Drive organic follower growth only (no paid ads or artificial engagement)
Identify emerging trends in audio, formats, and creative direction
Develop platform-specific growth strategies, including YouTube
Support visibility and monetization through strategic content execution
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts organically
Proof of viral content required (links, platforms, and metrics)
Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content performance
Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented
