Responsibilities

Operate zero-turn mowers and other grounds maintenance equipment

Use chainsaws, pole saws, DR mowers, weed eaters, and hand/power tools to maintain vegetation

Assist with light mechanical troubleshooting and upkeep of equipment

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Follow safety procedures and collaborate with team members to ensure mission success

Effective communication skills

Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Basic mechanical aptitude

Commitment to quality control and safety

Must possess a valid driver's license

High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Previous experience operating zero-turn mowers or similar equipment preferred but not required

Familiarity with hand and power tools (e.g., chainsaw, pole saw, DR mower) is a plus

Ability to connect/disconnect and back up trailers preferred but not required
