Moneta is an independent Registered Investment Advisor focused on delivering exceptional service to clients globally. They are seeking an enthusiastic Office Services Intern to assist with daily operations, including receptionist coverage, managing office supply inventory, and supporting mailroom operations.

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately

Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive

Answer visitors’ questions, calls, and emails and provide them with relevant information

Follow security procedures, such as monitoring the log book and issuing visitor badges

Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations

Arrange meetings and schedules for conference rooms and visitors

Sign for deliveries at the front desk and make sure they are distributed accordingly

Assists with the distribution of incoming mail and packages

Assists with inventory of office supplies

Assists with mailroom equipment (binding machines, copiers, postage machine, UPS machine)

Assists with various projects as needed

Qualification

Office operationsMicrosoft OfficeCustomer-facing experienceOffice equipment proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

High school diploma or currently pursuing a college degree

Interest in office operations, administration, or professional services

Comfortable learning and using office equipment such as copiers, postage machines, and mail processing tools

Strong communication skills and willingness to assist with phone coverage and front-desk support

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a desire to continue building technical skills

Preferred

local St. Louis students preferred as this role requires a fully onsite presence in our St. Louis office

prior office or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
