Responsibilities
Define product strategy and roadmap for key customer-facing applications
Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to shape solutions
Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans
Guide Agile teams to deliver high-value work every sprint
Document functional and technical specifications
Track and communicate product updates to impacted teams
Participate in system testing and validation
Manage vendor relationships and third-party resources as needed
Provide ongoing production support and enhancements
Juggle multiple priorities and keep projects on track—and on budget
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of product management experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams
Comfortable leading projects from idea to delivery
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
Familiarity with collaborative tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
Strong understanding of software development and business processes
Preferred
