Responsibilities

Perform third-party and counter-party due diligence, communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including compliance, legal and senior management
Assist with monitoring third-party intermediary activities, including evaluating activity reports and reviewing invoices submitted to confirm proper documentation and adherence to contractual obligations
Maintain KYC documentation
Maintain and report on Dow Jones continuous screening and monitoring of third parties and vessels to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company standards
Monitor reporting requirements under the Reporting Interactions with Public Officials Policy
Assist with supporting and coordinating privacy-related activities, responding to privacy inquiries, and supporting the implementation of privacy policies and procedures
Support compliance investigations as necessary, assist with employee and third-party interviews and prepare interview memoranda
Assist with risk assessment exercises including employee interviews, risk identification, remediation, and follow-up
Collaborate cross-functionally with Internal Audit, Supply Chain Management and Human Resources to coordinate initiatives that strengthen a culture of compliance across the organization
Support the implementation of annual compliance education programs
Respond to ad-hoc compliance queries
Drive process improvements, automation and data analytics where warranted
Provide support for other Compliance initiatives as assigned

Required

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
2+ years' experience in a similar capacity with an international company (preferably oil & gas or energy sector); or similar experience in a professional services audit or consultancy environment (e.g., Big 4)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software applications (continuous monitoring tools and due diligence platforms)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
High ethical standards and sound judgment under pressure
Experience supporting cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations, Commercial)
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

CCEP or CCEP-I certification preferred
