Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features with accountability for quality and timelines

Lead low-level technical design, code reviews, and ensure enterprise standards

Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog with clear acceptance criteria

Guide team on estimation, planning, work breakdown, and Agile best practices

Ensure production readiness, performance optimization, and smooth deployments

Support BAU and production issues, defect management, and release delivery

Mentor team members and continuously improve team efficiency and throughput

Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions

Qualification

Core Java/J2EESpring FrameworkMessaging & streamingFront-end Angular/ReactDatabases Oracle 19cDatabases MS SQLAgile tools & practicesStakeholder managementHands-on leadershipProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

10+ years of experience as a Feature Lead or similar role in Agile environments

Strong Core Java/J2EE (multithreading, collections, JDBC)

Spring Framework (Spring, Spring Camel; limited Spring Boot)

Messaging & streaming: RabbitMQ, Kafka

Front-end: Angular and/or React

Databases: Oracle 19c, MS SQL, strong SQL skills

Experience with Voice/SMS/Email notification systems

Hands-on production support and BAU experience

Agile tools & practices: JIRA, Scrum/Kanban

Preferred

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Ability to lead while remaining hands-on

Experience ensuring minimal technical debt and high code quality
