Infotree Global Solutions is seeking a Research Operations Senior Associate to support discovery research in small molecules. The successful candidate will design, synthesize, purify, and characterize various small molecule payloads and ensure safe laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute multi-step synthesis of payload and linker-payload intermediates

Perform antibody conjugation

Conduct purification and characterization of small molecules and antibody conjugates using appropriate techniques

Accurately record all experimental procedures, observations and results in the laboratory enotebook

Summarize and communicate data to the project team in meetings and updates

Operate and maintain specialized lab equipment and instrumentation

Perform general lab housekeeping activities, ensuring a clean, safe workspace

Comply with all lab safety guidelines, SOPs and relevant regulations

Qualification

Medicinal chemistryOrganic synthesisPurificationCharacterizationLaboratory instrumentationStandard laboratory practices

Required

M.S. in Chemistry

B.S. and 2 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline with 2+ years of relevant experience

Master's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline

Working knowledge of standard laboratory practices

Hands-on experience with organic synthesis and purification

Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation

Experience working in environments requiring heightened safety practices

Master degree or Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience or Associate degree and 6 years of experience or high school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
