Maintain networked computers (primarily Windows 10). This includes new installs, upgrades, and imaging
Assist with server administration (Windows Server 2012R2 and Windows Server 2016) including Active Directory, group policies, backups, user management, scripting, and software deployment)
Provide help desk support onsite and remote
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience managing Active Directory including user accounts and group policies
Associates degree or equivalent experience required
Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Win11, Server 2019 and Server 2022)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
LAN: 1 year
Network Administration: 1 year
Customer service experience
A+ or MCP certification
