Responsibilities

Lead a product team spanning the Machine Learning and Generative AI platforms at Capital One

Be responsible for the core platform services for AI/ML platform that powers mission critical business applications

Partner with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor platform performance, identify issues, and support resilience

Set the strategy and priorities grounded in technical understanding and user experience

Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership
