Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of UX design artifacts and usability testing efforts for key enterprise products
Guide and mentor junior UX team members, aligning their skillsets with organizational goals
Develop and execute UX strategies, including aligning design patterns, defining testing methodologies, and promoting experience consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Research) to craft innovative, cohesive digital experiences
Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
7–9 years of professional UX design experience, ideally in enterprise or retail environments
Strong track record of leading UX design within agile development teams
Proven ability to initiate, manage, and independently drive complex design projects
Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability testing, and design thinking frameworks
Preferred
Passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments
Experience unifying multiple product efforts into seamless user journeys
Strong mentoring and leadership capabilities
Familiarity with UX measurement frameworks (UMUX, SUS, HEART, etc.) and tools like Pendo, Qualtrics, or Medallia
