Responsibilities
Design and maintain e-learning content for people enablement programs, incorporating best practices in adult learning and instructional design
Manage end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, communications, enrollment, and learner follow-up
Partner with People Team and business stakeholders to develop content that is engaging, aligned to business needs, and scalable
Assist in creating guidance, resources, and learning materials that help employees and managers effectively adopt AI-enabled tools
Facilitate and produce onboarding, manager development, and people enablement sessions for employees across the organization
Track program participation and feedback to support continuous improvement and measure learning impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in People Enablement, Learning and Development, Online Learning, or a related field
Experience facilitating live or virtual learning sessions, workshops, or training programs
Strong instructional design skills, with experience creating engaging e-learning or blended learning experiences
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear participant communications and stakeholder updates
Comfort working with learning technologies and platforms; experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus
A collaborative mindset and passion for building scalable, high-quality people enablement programs
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business or related field
