Associate Engineer

Consolidated Precision Products Corp is a leading supplier of castings to the aerospace and defense markets, and they are seeking new graduates for their Engineering Development Program (EDP). This two-year rotational program aims to develop engineering skills and knowledge by exposing participants to different engineering disciplines within casting across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

Expose participants to different disciplines of engineering within casting over two years by working in at least two manufacturing sites/facilities
Spend one year at two different CPP facilities in either Oregon or Southern California

Required

BS or MS in Engineering (must graduate no later than June 2026)
Must be a US Person (US citizen or Legal Permanent Resident)
Strong academic record

Desire to work in a fast-paced results-oriented manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Co-Op, Intern, or related work experience

Preferred

Related Co-Op or Internship experience is preferred
