Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex financial models to perform analyses under different operating scenarios

Conduct in-depth fundamental, financial, and operational due diligence and analysis on new business development opportunities, investments, and acquisitions

Work directly with senior investment bankers to ensure prompt and effective execution of transactions

Assist in the day-to-day deal and project execution

Analyze market trends and conduct market research
