Responsibilities
Storage Administration: Operate SAN/NAS systems with expertise in NetApp (required), iSCSI protocols, Dell VxRail, Nutanix, HPE, IBM FlashSystem, and Pure. Manage backups using Rubrik, IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), and Commvault; ensure data integrity and recovery
Security & Compliance: Implement secure environments, access controls, and regulatory standards
Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools like Aria, Opsramp, Lakeside, and Splunk for performance monitoring and improvements
Documentation & Collaboration: Maintain detailed technical docs and partner with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
7+ years in IT infrastructure with deep Storage/Backup focus
Proven expertise in NetApp and iSCSI for SAN environments
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Aria, Opsramp, Lakeside, Splunk)
Preferred
Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Ansible, Python)
Background in financial services or regulated industries
Leadership experience for mentorship and team support
